The Data Source Account Dashboard page gives you a quick overview of the records in your account and the recent activity which has occurred. The page also allows you to perform direct record import and exports, and provides links to other pages relevant to your data source account.
The 'Import Records' drop down on the Dashboard gives you the ability to perform one off imports of RIF-CS XML records into your account. The 3 methods are detailed below.
The import from a URL option allows you to point the registry to a RIF-CS XML file which is publicly exposed on a server for download and ingest
Tip: If you don't have a server you can expose your file from, services such as Dropbox.com provide a quick and easy way to store files for download. Note that your files will need to be saved in the 'Public' folder in order for the registry to access them.
To import from a URL:

The pasted XML option provides a quick and easy method of importing small numbers of records into the registry from raw RIF-CS XML.
To import from pasted XML:

This option allows you to schedule an immediate harvest of your records into the registry.
Note: For this method to work you will need to ensure your harvest settings are configured correctly in your Data Source Account Settings. Where you have a regularly scheduled harvest the system will cancel the scheduled harvest and schedule a new one for the current system date and time. Upon completion of the immediate harvest, the system will re-schedule your regular harvest based on the configuration in your Data Source Account Settings.
To import from the Harvester:

The Export Records option allows you to download a copy of your records and save them on your local machine. This can be useful when you would like to transfer records between environments (e.g. from Demo to Prod), or when you would like to edit/view them in an XML editor.
To export records from the registry:

The Activity Log is used to display information about the activity which has occurred within your account. Activities such as harvests, imports and updates to your account will create log entries. Errors which have occurred during activates will be highlighted red.
By default the page will only display the title of each activity in the log.
To view more information about an activity:

Tip: When viewing more information for error entries, a small red question mark icon will sometimes be shown with the detailed information. You can click this icon to access troubleshooting tips for the error.
The Activity Log will only show the last 10 entries by default.
To access older entries simply:
A filter option has been provided to assist you with finding and viewing the errors which have occurred in your account.
To filter the log to just show errors:

The tables shown on the right hand side of the page provide you with a summary and breakdown of the records contained within your data source. Each row within the tables acts as a quick link to the Manage Records page. Upon clicking a row you will be navigated to a filtered Manage Records page where only records matching the selected attribute (Class, Status or Quality Level) will be displayed.
